Power

He stood and surveyed his world. A door, a pavement, a two storey, sweaty, silent building. The silence did not come from the mouths of the people pressed together inside the drab structure, but from their words. They talked and said nothing. He did not care for he was only aware of his world. A door, a pavement, a two storey, sweaty, silent building. The inportant thing about this world was that it made him feel like a king. It was his kingdom. People could only enter if he let them. He could deport people onto the waiting sidewalk if he chose. He had the power, and how mighty he felt. He puffed his chest out and looked coldly on the approaching people with a threatening, authoratitive glare. It made him feel good. He did not let them pass.
